In our comprehensive 8th-grade Math course, students receive fully personalized instruction that transforms them into confident, capable students ready to excel in high school algebra and geometry. The curriculum goes far beyond rote memorization to develop deep conceptual understanding through individually tailored lessons that meet each student exactly where they are. Students begin by mastering the real number system, building fluency with irrational numbers, perfect squares, and scientific notation through carefully scaffolded exercises that adapt to their pace of learning. As they progress, they develop sophisticated problem-solving skills by working with linear equations and systems of equations, learning multiple solution methods that cater to their unique thinking style. The functional relationships unit takes their algebraic reasoning to the next level as they analyze and compare linear and nonlinear functions through visual, numerical, and algebraic representations, with each concept reinforced through real-world applications. Geometric understanding becomes second nature through hands-on exploration of transformations, congruence, similarity, and the Pythagorean theorem, where students don’t just learn formulas but develop true spatial reasoning abilities. The course culminates with advanced applications of two variate data analysis and three-dimensional measurement, giving students powerful tools to interpret the world mathematically. Every session is meticulously designed to identify and fill knowledge gaps while challenging students to think critically, justify their reasoning, and make connections between mathematical concepts – all within the supportive environment of individualized instruction that builds confidence alongside competence.

This 8-hour package is flexible and can be scheduled in 1-hour sessions based on your availability. You can choose to book:
1 hour per day over 30 days
2 hours per day over 30 days
Or any other combination you prefer, as long as the total 8 hours are completed within a 1-month period and instructor’s time availability.

Our tutoring sessions are designed for students at all skill levels — whether they’re complete beginners, need extra support in a specific subject, or want to advance beyond their current curriculum. During the first session, we assess each student’s current knowledge and tailor the lessons to fit their individual learning needs and goals.
All purchased sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in a special program or camp. This ensures students stay consistent with their learning and make steady progress. If you have an unexpected situation, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
